YardCellar collects  personal data during the registration process only. Registration information is stored for the sole use of identification purposes on the YardCellar site and is not shared with any third party entities.  Of the information collected, only the username is displayed upon the site. Ad submissions allow for contact info to be submitted but is not mandatory and is a purely voluntary action of the user.

How we protect your privacy

We do not...

• request personal information such as bank accounts, savings accounts, social security numbers or any other type of financial or identification data outside of registration.

• run banner ads, pop ups, pop unders, or any other kind of commercial ads.   

• contact users by any other means except via the email or contact info provided during registration.

• engage in cross-marketing or link-referral programs with other sites.

• employ tracking devices for marketing purposes ("cookies", "web beacons," single-pixel gifs).             

How you can protect your privacy

Do not ...

• share accounts with others if it is not necessary.

• post ad content that may include sensitive data or may lead to identification of user credentials.

• sell or exchange electronic items prior to removing any identifiable or sensitive data. 

• respond to emails, popups or  that reference YardCellar unless they directly generated from  admin@yardcellar.com.

YardCellar does not guarantee or warranty user privacy, only that it will exercise the measures set forth to protect submitted personal information.  Users are ultimately responsible for maintaining their privacy online and should take every precaution to do so.
